Barracuda Studio. - When creating a new project within Barracuda Studio a number of wizards help you along the way to create your project. The Project contains the many screens that your mobile worker requires to undertake the task. This replaces the paper form that the mobile worker used to use. We designed the Studio software with Users that have low computer literacy skills - making the Studio a very easy to understand way to maintain your forms.

 

You can choose whether your mobile worker is allowed to suspend the task, or whether it must be completed. You can also choose how you want the task to 'behave' on the mobile device. Your forms can also be customised to include backdrops, images and different ways of navigation.

 

* Create your mobile forms by simply using drag and drop.

* Assign document templates to your task to enable 'Data-to-Paper' including signature ink. Use this to take the captured data and prepare reports / invoices etc.

Intuitive screens provide an easy way to issue tasks to individuals within groups and track their progress. Returned tasks are flagged, and can be viewed complete with any ink signatures that may have been captured. Completed tasks can then be easily converted into documents which can be saved, printed, emailed etc.
